C# .NET Developer

Duties:  
Provide C# .NET development support to the DoD Clearance Adjudications Facility (DODCAF), supporting multiple production adjudication applications. This contract will be mainly focused on doing research and development (R&D) of new CAF solutions to automate processing and improve productivity. Developers will create prototypes using the latest technologies to demonstrate how these improvements can be leveraged by the customer to improve their business processes

Qualifications:  
Microsoft C# .NET development, SQL Server experience, familiar with ASP.NET web applications.

Certifications:  
candidate should have Microsoft MCSD or MCAD certification and Security+ (or GSEC/SSCP) certification to satisfy DoD directive 8570 certification requirements

Other Skills:  
Looking for: MVC web applications, Big Data experience (NoSQL databases like MongoDB), LINQ and Entity Framework data access experience. Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis and reporting experience a plus

Digital Forensics Software Engineer

Duties:  
A background in computer forensics and technology exploitation, including media ingest, conversion, and normalization supporting intelligence customers is preferred. Will work with and develop specialized digital forensics tools to help automate key elements of the digital forensics process. Having a proficiency with digital forensic tools (such as EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite), registry forensic tools, Splunk, and related certifications/experience is desired, company training will be provided to ensure proficiency. Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, software, and networks, including downloading, testing, and installing software updates. Will examine computers, digital devices, and extract information from digital formats, automating where feasible. Operate, maintain and support commercial-off-the-shelf forensic software. Must obtain and maintain cognizance of E.O. 12333.

Qualifications:  
Experience with Java, Python, Perl, Unix-based, R, C#, C++, .Net, HTML CSS, Tableau, FOSS software that interacts with SQL-based databases, Linux or Windows software development, inter-process communication socket programming multithreading, multicore CPU software architecture, and Guidance Software’s EnScript language. Proficiency with procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of data storage. Experience working in related data ingest/analysis and software development environments preferred but not required.

Certifications:

Jr. Hardware Specialist

Duties:  
The candidate will provide inventory management and maintenance of hardware/software systems, including clients, servers, monitors, and printers on a TS/SCI network located within the NMCC and the Pentagon. They will also maintain an Equipment Inventory List (EIL) of all equipment, servers, workstations, monitors, printers, and other miscellaneous hardware items. They will then physically inventory and verify the location of each piece of equipment on the EIL annually. The candidate will utilize available software daily to check the up/down status of all equipment on the EIL, notifies the COR of equipment that is DOWN, and coordinates with the users to repair or remove the equipment as appropriate. The candidate will maintain an Equipment Transfer List (ETL) recording the equipment and location of new-installs, moves, and de-installs. This includes lifecycle replacement of clients, servers, monitors, printers, and associated equipment. The Hardware Specialists will run fiber or CAT5 cable, as appropriate, from the activated port to the client.
